APM binaries are free to use. The source code is proprietary. This page explains what you can and cannot do with APM.

The APM binary is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may download, run, and deploy it on any number of machines without paying a license fee.

Redistribution of unmodified binaries is permitted provided this license notice is included. A plain-text copy of the notice is available at LICENSE.md.

No Warranty. APM is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Use at your own risk. The author accepts no liability for damages arising from use of this software.

The APM source code is proprietary and not publicly available. All intellectual property rights in the source code remain with the author.

You may not:

  • decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the binary
  • create derivative works based on the source code

  • sublicense, sell, or transfer the software to third parties as a standalone product

Add-ons

Optional Paid Add-ons

Future versions of APM may offer optional paid add-ons or extensions — such as additional integrations, management interfaces, or enterprise features. These will be clearly marked and priced separately.

The core APM binary will remain free. Paid add-ons are optional and will never be required for the functionality described in the current documentation.
